We are seeking an experienced Product Developer MTO with Textile Woven Print Fabric Merchandising Expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing high-quality textile woven fabric products that meet customer requirements and expectations.
Location: Faisalabad
Responsibilities:
- Manage Grey requirement for custom order, follow up, coordination with team, design approval, order dispatch
- Develop and manage product lines from concept to production, ensuring that all products meet customer requirements and specifications
- Research and analyze market trends to identify potential product opportunities
- Collaborate with design and merchandising teams to develop new products and improve existing ones
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products
- Manage product development timelines and ensure that all products are delivered on time
- Communicate with customers and sales teams to gather feedback on product performance and make necessary improvements
Requirements:
- Age: 24 or more
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Design, BBA, MBA or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in product development with a focus on textile woven fabrics
- Strong knowledge of textile woven fabric construction, production techniques, and quality standards
- Experience in merchandising and product management
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
