N Foods is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our expanding bakery team in Rawalpindi, located on Adyala Road. This role is ideal for individuals with at least one year of experience in sales or customer service, especially those familiar with the bakery, food production, retail, or hospitality industries. The Sales Representative will act as a vital link between the company and its customers, promoting products and delivering exceptional service to drive sales and enhance client satisfaction. While this position does not require team management, it plays an essential role in contributing to the success and growth of our well-regarded bakery brand.
The successful candidate will utilize excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills to understand customer needs, recommend appropriate products, and effectively close sales. This role demands a hardworking and passionate individual capable of meeting sales targets while representing the quality and values of N Foods. The Sales Representative will also collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the outlet and provide feedback to improve service and product offerings.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers by greeting them and understanding their product needs to offer suitable bakery items and promotions.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of product features, pricing, and available promotions to provide accurate and useful information to customers.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships through attentive service, effective communication, and follow-up, ensuring a positive experience that encourages repeat business.
- Present and demonstrate bakery products to customers, using clear and persuasive communication to highlight product quality and uniqueness.
- Achieve and strive to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company through proactive selling techniques and customer interactions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, card, or other payment methods while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the sales area and displays to attract and engage customers effectively.
- Collaborate with the bakery and production teams to stay informed about new products, stock availability, and any special promotions or events.
- Collect and relay customer feedback and market insights to management to support continuous improvement in products and services.
- Follow company policies, health and safety regulations, and food safety standards to ensure a safe and compliant working environment.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service skills.
- Support other outlet activities and team members as needed to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
