Nabeel.A.Khan, is a design consultancy initiative and practice in the field of Architecture, Interior, Landscape, and Industrial projects with their major operations hub in Karachi, while primarily handling multi-disciplinary overseas project based in the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Azerbaijan, Canada, and Scotland, for the past 08 years.
We are looking for an exceptionally talented Architect with a creative flair and keen attention to details, having a prior experience of 03 to 08 years and passionate about exploring new avenues of design and gain hands-on international experience on a diverse range of projects.
The Architect should meet the following criteria, for his application to be considered:
1. Good Interpersonal and soft-skills, also proficient in the English language (written and spoken).
2. Pro-active and able to deliver the projects on a given schedule.
3. Ability to demonstrate and employ multi-faceted creative solutions in any given context or project.
4. Capable of striking the right balance between Analytical, Technical and abstract thinking styles.
5. Hands-on Experience and proficiency with the essential software packages i.e. AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3dsMax, Revit, Adobe suites, etc.
6. Able to handle and prepare the documentation for commercials, material specifications, BOQs, and tender drawing packages.
7. Focused and well-versed in the Research and Development of any given design project, to come up with real-world solutions to given challenges.
8. Should have his own personal resources ie Laptop, PC, accessories, and tools that are required to deliver a project.
Note, the shortlisted candidates have to be hired immediately and operation starts within this week, so before applying, please make sure of your availability and commitment to full-time work starting this week.
Also, our operation style is different than the conventional corporate approach, keep in mind the following aspects before applying:
1. Dedicated 08-10 hours per day, flexible work timings, as far the deliverables are prepared on-schedule and submittals are meeting the deadline.
2. Work-from-home or wherever you feel comfortable from. All internal collaborations will be done virtually, with face-to-face Interim progress briefings and meetings whenever required. That's why if you don't have the resources, please don't apply.
3. Weekly two off days, flexibly whenever the candidate feels like scheduling them, given it doesn't affect any project deliverables.
4. We can negotiate the service contract terms, with any of the modes that the candidate prefers i.e Full-time or Part-time job contract, Project basis contract or any other terms that work best for our operations.
5. Salary and Operation terms will be decided depending on the candidate experience and skills in our interview.
6. Candidates based and present in Karachi, Pakistan will be highly preferred.
