  • Researching markets to identify opportunities for events
  • Liaising with clients to ascertain their precise event requirements
  • Producing detailed proposals for events (e.g. timelines, venues, suppliers, staffing and budgets)
  • Coordinating venue or field management
  • Coordinating suppliers, handling client queries and troubleshooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly
  • Communicating, maintaining and developing client relationships
  • Traveling to on site inspections and project managing events
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery
  • Providing help and advice to customers using your organizations products or services
  • Communicating courteously with customers face to face
  • Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers
  • Meeting with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer services
