Nadeem's Food is looking for veteran "Catering Sales Manager" to oversee its catering segment.
Job Responsibilities:
-
Feed customers with appropriate catering information.

Field incoming catering inquiries.
-
Meet monthly prospecting quotas, including outside sales calls and site visits
-
Conduct the planning and detailing pertaining to related events & its catering.
-
Provide guidance to clients with customized menus.
-
Collaborate with Executive Chef for developing customized menus upon request
-
Prepare proposals and contracts.
-
Upscale fine dining and/or catering event sales and planning experience
-
Must possess exceptional customer service skills and a high sense of urgency.

Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills

Teamwork oriented

Maintains a positive energy level

Maintains professional appearance and adheres to current dress code policies at all times.
