Job Description

Naeem Electronics is looking for Experienced Customer Relationship Manager for handling CRM Department regarding after sale customer complaints. Main role of CRM dept is to coordinate with branches saleman to enter and follow up of customer complaints from different vendors on daily basis.

Customer Relationship Manager is reposnsible for Customer Complaints solution timely from vendor and reporting of complaints brand wise and product wise and correspondence telephonically or via email with vendor and management on daily basis.
