Naeem Electronics is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Customer Relationship officer with Good Communication Skills to manage daily customer queries and feedbacks.

Key Responsibilities

A Positive, Empathetic and Professional approach in answering Calls and provide information about customer queries products and services, taking input of issues and their redressal thereof.
Ensure all quality perimeters are met on every phone call and respond promptly to customer queries.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Maintaining Proper Log of Daily Customer Queries.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the customers by using the right methods.
Command on MS Excel & MS Word.
Appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required.
Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal.
