Internal Auditor (Purchase & Sale Opns) is responsible for the timely execution of internal audits (Purchase & Sales) in accordance with the Daily, Monthly & Annual Audit plan.
- Establish risk-based purchase plan audit programs.
- Review the suitability of internal control design and suggest improvements with a roll out plan..
- Conduct audit testing of purchase operation and identify reportable issues and dimension of risk.
- Determine compliance with policies and procedures.
- Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts etc.
- Prepare and present reports that reflect audit’s results and document process of Procurement.
- Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings.
- Daily audit of purchase reordering with SKU's of every product of every vendor.
- Daily Audit of Purchase orders and verification of daily schedule of payment and verification of post dated cheques that issues to vendors.
- Monthly Audit of all Vendor Reconciliations and Purchase Incentives w-r-t to Sales Targets.
Skills Required
- Excellent skills on Internal Audit, Internal Controls.
- Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task.
- ERP Systems knowledge and familiarity.
