Overview:
Naeem Electronics is looking for 'Operations Manager’, will be responsible for performing a number of key tasks required to help streamline and manage the day-to-day operations of the company.
Reporting directly to the senior management and CEO, the tasks will include extensive reporting, follow-ups and coordination to provide effective support to the other departments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
‘Operations Executive’ will have the following core responsibilities, in addition to other supplementary tasks:
- Prepare Daily, Weekly and Monthly Performance Reporting/Analysis of Staff on Sale and Recovery Performance.
- Follow up and back up of sales and recovery from sales team
- Responsible for developing and generating reports that track staff hiring, retention, turnover and other relevant activities as needed
- Collaborates with HR Manager in the coordination of day-to-day human resource activities
- Perform other related duties as directed by senior management
- Coordinate between all relevant departments for smooth work-flow
- Ideal candidate should have a strong command over MS Excel; should be confident; have good communication skills; be well groomed; have the ability to multi-task and work effectively efficient under pressure.
Required Qualifications, Experience & Skills;
- Master’s degree in business administration or in operations management from reputed University
- 2-4 year’s experience preferably with a reputable organization
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong English communication and writing skills
- Strong organizational coordination and planning skills
- Ability to work independently in a complex environment with multiple tasks, short deadlines and intense pressure to perform
- Excellent Computer skills including demonstrated hands on-experience with MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Excel
- Demonstrated management skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
