• Prior customer service experience is must
  • Handle in-bound inquiries via phone, email and live chats.
  • Manage large number of inbound/outbound calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Follow pre-defined scripts when handling different customer concerns
  • Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
  • Confirming sales orders by making telephone calls
  • Determine eligibility by comparing client information to requirements
  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines
  • Keep record of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Meet personal/ team qualitative and quantitative targets
