- Responsible for the management of all project related procurement and supplies management of consumables
- Keep a regular check the stocks of materials
- Ensure that stock related data is computerized regularly, in addition to the maintenance of physical stock register
- Maintain petty cash and ensure that all the items are purchased on compatible market price.
- Maintain log books and vehicle maintenance and repair records
- Ensure proper fleet management
