The Manager Warehouse is expected and required to:
- Verifying of Waybills on daily basis, also monitoring all dispatching activities.
- Ensuring quality and quantity of delivered medicines, health, and Social service products by supplier end.
- Monitoring of all staff activities and assisting them regarding all activities.
- Monitoring of LMIS software and verifying all activities.
- Stock count on a monthly basis or as required.
- Verify GRN, Inspection Report, and other Warehouse documents.
- Verification of Forecasting of medicines, health, and social products.
- To send Monthly Attendance & staff status to HR Department.
- Coordination with procurement department regarding the procurement of medicines, health and Social services products
- To Approve staff leaves applications, follow up & control the daily absence of warehouse staff.
- To check stock register and Bin cards frequently.
- Ensuring the custody of warehouse keys is in safe hands.
- Ensure temperature is maintained as per requirement.
- Verifying all-electric equipment/generator maintenance and logbook.
- Verifying stock reconciliation report.
- Organize all activities related to the warehouse & assign jobs accordingly for staff.
- Space management of the warehouse.
- Manage stock control: receipt, storage, retrieval, and timely delivery of goods; shipment loading & transferring.
- Planning, Organizing, and Controlling of Warehouse overall operations in coordination with Director Procurement & Supply Chain Management.
- Constantly plan out all warehouse resources and activities in relation to organization objectives and set targets and for the Improvement & development of the warehouse.
- Make plans to develop a staff of warehouse by internal/on-job training.
- Ensure that the workplace’s health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.
- Issue Inventory report, IN/OUT status report, dead stock report, goods age report, consumption report to Director Procurement & Supply Chain Management.
- Implement cost reduction principle in all aspects of warehouse transactions and activities.
- Promote constant motivation among staff to strive for an efficient and effective warehouse administration.
- Always research to improve all warehouse operations according to the organization’s objectives.
- Coordination with transporters/logistics representatives.
- Running shift with safety and efficiency as priorities.
- Ensure that inventory management software is properly maintained and updated on daily basis.
- Take on any other tasks identified by Director Procurement & Supply Chain Management that may be necessary to ensure proper and timely management of warehousing function.
