- Receives and verifies accuracy of incoming shipments.
- Document recording and data entry into system
- Sorts and places materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
- Marks items with identifying information.
- Controls distribution of stock items in order to fill the requirements of the CoPc sites.
- Prepares items for shipment/delivery as required.
- Maintains accurate inventory records through the use of a computerized inventory system.
- Completes requisition forms to order additional equipment and supplies.
- Utilizes material handling equipment as used in warehouse.
- Maintain housekeeping of warehouse and surrounding area.
- Communicate any order changes to procurement department.
- Maintain accurate inventory count, perform ‘end of day’ inventory count and submit reports to Manager Warehouse and Management.
- Maintain and update inventory management software on daily basis.
- Assist Manager Warehouse with delivery.
- Oversee truck loading operations to ensure all polices and procedures are followed accordingly.
- Officer Warehouse will be reportable to Manager Warehouse.
- Take on any other tasks identified by Manager Warehouse that may be necessary to ensure proper and timely management of warehousing function
