- Good understanding of web based technology, MVC applications, HTML5, CSS3, JSP, Servlet, AJAX, JQuery, Eclipse and Subversion/Git.
- Ability to troubleshoot, research, and work through complex problems.
- Understanding of Agile software development lifecycle and methodology.
- Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns
- SQL and Relational Databases
- Experience working on a Finance/Leasing module
- Experience in Software development of enterprise applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
