We are expanding and looking for talented Techno Functional Consultant in Lahore who is either a Network administrator or an IT Professional with good exposure of Office 365 (CRM) solutions.  Responsibilities:

As a Techno-Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for the overall administration, maintenance, support, and enhancement of Internal information systems including, but not limited to, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM), Great Plains, SQL Servers, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and other business services. You will also ensure the CRM architecture works seamlessly across the organization and capture all required information at key points in the customer lifecycle.

 In addition, you will grow in a multidisciplinary team and make the link between the business needs of the client and the solution to be implemented on an operational level. you must provide high-quality solution assessments, assisting with initial planning and implementation options, and perform development tasks such as (CRM, customization, JScript, Web plug-ins, etc.)

 Other tasks include:

  • Integrate and implement Dynamics 365 (touch on design and architecture)
  • Analyze business processes to fully understand Nakisa needs.
  • Propose new/enhanced solutions/automation using Microsoft Dynamics 365/Office365 products.
  • Manage Dynamics 365 governance
  • Establish best practices for implementations and enforce them.
  • Participate in other departmental infrastructure projects and tasks.

 Skills:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering or equivalent experience
  •  Excellent interpersonal skills (diplomacy & cross-cultural communication)
  •  2-3 years of experience in similar roles
  •  2-3 years’ experience with Microsoft CRM/Dynamics 365, Microsoft SQL server management
  •  Excellent understanding of business processes
  •  Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 family of products
  •  Good knowledge of network principals and standards
  •  Experience with automation systems and languages (such as Python, JavaScript, C#, PowerShell)
  •  Strong verbal and written communication skills
  •  Strong desire to learn new technologies.
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Assets:

  •  Certified Microsoft Dynamics (CRM)
  •  Experience with Microsoft Great Plains
  •  Experience with PowerBI
