- Create, organize and maintain employee files and records.
- Coordinate all aspects of employee life cycle
- Assist in benefit administration, including responding to employee inquiries regarding benefits
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates; manage applicant tracking system status and update
- Complete job requisition forms; post jobs to both internal and external career sites
- communicate new hire details to internal staff and new hire prior to start date
- Conduct pre-employment screenings securing all necessary documents
- Ensure job descriptions are complete and accurate.
- Initiate on boarding for all new hires; including request network/email access, assist with new hire orientation
- Assist employees with various HR questions and requests
- Maintain up to date standard operations procedural manual for this position
- Generate HR reports asr required by the supervisor
- Assist in company-wide HR projects
