We are looking for an experienced individual having wast knowledge in selling web based services, achieving avenue target, developing and managing sales team.
Requirements:
- He will be required to further hire a strong team of sales professionals and progressively expand his department and contribute to the growth of company.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets, continuously monitor the achievement of sales targets by keeping a close check monthly.
- Identify prospective customers ,increase business by following up on potential leads.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with new and existing clients, key industry players and vendors, keep them satisfied and promote future business opportunities and referrals.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
- Respond to inquiries made by clients about company products and services in a timely and friendly manner.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- The sales Head must make sure that working targets (calling, meeting) are being met by the sales team on daily basis
