We are seeking a dedicated Male/Female Digital Marketing Manager. Your duties will include looking after the whole of Ecommerce including social media & online sales activities for a company engaged in manufacturing and sales of Personal & car care products based in Karachi.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform.
Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps.
Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments.
Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors/Master degree in marketing or Ecommerce.
Proven 5-6 years of working experience in digital marketing/Ecommerce.
Understanding of e-commerce frameworks.
High level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, thrive in matrix environments, and are adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
