A well groomed, confident, dedicated, educated, fluent in English (oral & written), computer literate, who can assisst as English Speaking Mentor cum Personal Assistant of Top Business CEO aged about 23 to 35 max. She is required to help our CEO in all type of work requirements in Gulberg, Lahore. Ideal candidate should be flexible in working hours as needed and shall be required to travel with CEO whenever may be needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
Handle daily correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and written communication.
Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transportation, itineraries).
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
Organize and prioritize workload to ensure deadlines are met.
Take meeting minutes and follow up on assigned tasks or action points.
Assist with personal errands, event planning, and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in an administrative role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to handle confidential matters with integrity and discretion.
Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
