NASKSOFT, a UK-based IT & E-commerce based company, requires candidates having extensive experience in sales and marketing of IT products. Competitive basic salary. We require individuals to do the followings;
- Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone in order to solicit our company services.
- Launch email campaigns and social marketing on different social channels.
- Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
- Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.
- Adjust sales scripts better to target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
- Telephone or write letters to respond to customer correspondence or follow up on initial sales contacts.
- Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.
- Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers.
Skills Required:
- Excellent English communication and listening skills preferably in UK Accent
- Excellent research skills on web search engines and other mediums.
- A polite, confident, and friendly manner
- Good knowledge about all the company's products and services
- To be well-organized and thorough, even under pressure
