We're a UK Based Company and we're looking for an HR Specialist who must have a minimum of 5 years experience in Software House.
- Technical recruitment experience is mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills are required.
- Implements daily human resources activities including recruitment, employment, HR project management, compensation, benefits, training, employee relations, and communications.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Partners with employees and management to communicate various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards, and other government regulations.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Essential Requirements:
- Passion for talent, increasing employee capability, and achieving business results through people development.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Multilingual – English and Urdu required.
- Demonstrated excellence in communication, influencing, collaboration, negotiation, presentation, and proactive organizational skills.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a proven record of handling multiple projects and initiatives of varying scope and delivering high-quality results within defined timelines.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to speak effectively in a public environment.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Excellent oral and written skills.
- Advanced Microsoft skills.
