We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative Social Media Manager to join our team.

  • As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
  • You will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales departments.
  • Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals
  • Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news)
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Oversee social media accounts design
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and application
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
  • Define the most important social media KPIs
  • Manage and oversee social media content
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
  • Attend educational conferences
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
  • Hire and train others in the team
  • Provide constructive feedback
  • Adhere to rules and regulations
  • Present to Senior Management

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of previous experience in marketing, product management, strategy, and sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, marketing, or related field.
  • Solid understanding of effective marketing strategies, materials, and channels.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and execution skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent grasp of the English language.
  • Creative and innovative thinker and planner.
  • Confident in producing work across multiple platforms.
  • Able to align multiple brand strategies and ideas.
  • Assists team members when needed to accomplish team goals.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and self-directed.
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
  • Familiarity with keyword placement, SEO & SMM
