Responsibilities:
- Recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing staff.
- Handeling employee relations, payroll and benefits.
- Employee training and development.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource or Business Administration from a reputed institute.
- 2-3 years of HR work experience in manufacturing industry (Preferably pharmaceutical/medical device)
- Good interpersonal skills to persuade, influence and adapt communication style to different situations and individuals.
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Good English skills
- Good technological skills
