  • Master’s in business studies with 2 to 3 years’ relevant experience (working in Capital Market/Financial Institutions will be a value addition.
  • Have ability to handle call center including script-based calls / walk-in clients handling.
  • Capability to interact with customers and resolve their queries in timely manner as per defined Service Level agreements.
  • Should be customer oriented and ability to handle difficult customer with ensuring positive Company’s image.
