• Responsible to provide support in various Human Resource functions, including Recruitment & Selection, Staffing, Training & Development, Performance Management and counseling of employees.
  • Lead, supervise & execute the whole Payroll operations.
  • Developing KPIs, Evaluating employee performance by using KPIs.
  • Identify the training needs with the respective HODs for staff and develop plan to providing appropriate using.
  • Coordination with HODs for various activities, meetings.
