We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated leader in the role of Head of School / Principal for our purpose-built campus, situated near Gujrat, Punjab. The campus offers classes from Playgroup to O-Levels / HSSC and is part of a reputed nationwide schools network.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Masters degree from HEC recognized university / foreign institute, preferably in Education related fields.
- 10 to 15 years’ of teaching experience with highly reputed best in class institutions;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in education management and successful running of high achieving modern English medium school.
- Proven track record in enhancing the quality of academics and achieving high results.
- Substantial experience of overseeing and managing budget and resources.
- Ability to promote standing and reputation of school through effective marketing.
- An enterprising dynamic person with strong decision making, administrative and managerial skills.
- Experience in teachers professional development and training.
- High energy level to handle the diverse problems faced by a school in its day-to-day activities.
- Proficiency in use of education technology with a solid understanding of education technology trends.
- Excellent English communication skills, interpersonal and team management skills.
- Should be able to develop and implement a strategy for sustainable growth.
Salary and Benefits: Salary ranging Rs 100,000 - Rs 150,000 in addition to other benefits.
