As an Offshore Recruitment Specialist, you will be the main point of contact for the hiring department and be responsible to meet the hiring needs of the client.
- Responsible for hiring exceptional resource in all kind of industry.
- Responsible for Screening candidates via Skype and telephonic.
- Reporting to Clients on a daily base.
- Daily reporting to the director recruitment onshore.
- Daily check on different Job portals
- Maintaining resumes database/pool.
- Add on revenue to the Company over million dollars in placements.
- Creating Jobs for big clients.
- Training junior recruiters for daily calls and screening resumes.
- Maintaining LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook ad posting.
- Daily Scrum calls to the CEO and Directors Offshore and Onshore
- Emailing Clients and Vendors for contract and full-time positions.
- Dealing in Corp to Corp clients.
- LinkedIn trained professional
- Responsible for hiring candidates from different industry as per client request
- Technically skilled candidates
Skills and Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Experience in a US/American organization is a MUST. Healthcare experience is a PLUS
- Willing to be trained
- Must have knowledge of recruiting, outsourcing, on-boarding, interviewing, and evaluating candidates through their CVs and interviews
- Background in mass hiring or full-cycle recruitment is an advantage
- Willing to work night shift
- Pro-active, assertive, think outside the box and works professionally
