Management Trainee Officer - Accounts

Bookkeeping and accounting: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records of the company. This includes recording all financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Budgeting and forecasting:

You will assist in preparing budgets and forecasts for the company, analyzing financial data and making recommendations to management on financial strategies.

Financial analysis:

You will be responsible for analyzing financial data and providing reports to management, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.

Tax compliance:

You will assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.

Audit:

You will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits of the company's financial statements.

Payroll management:

You will assist in the preparation and processing of employee payroll, ensuring compliance with payroll laws and regulations.

Cash flow management:

You will be responsible for monitoring and managing the company's cash flow, including preparing cash flow forecasts and recommending strategies to improve cash flow.

Financial reporting:

You will assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports for management, including monthly financial statements, annual reports, and other financial reports as required.

Financial control:

You will assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures to ensure the company's financial control and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Other duties:

You may be required to perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor to support the accounting department and the overall goals of the company.
