Overall responsibility for making quality decisions and ensuring smooth running of the Compensation and Benefits Section.

Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Promotion and transfers
  • Performance management
  • Leaves
  • Deal with Employee’s motivation
  • Managing Employee Database
  • Manage the employee data base through monthly updates and verifications from concerned Departments including employees’ data (leavers, joiners and active employees) in order to ensure easy retrieval from a reliable and updated database.
  • Regularly update HR Policies and procedures in order to maintain market competitiveness and provide a frame work for the equitable treatment of employees.
  • Compensation Surveys & Benefits
  • Management of compensation and Benefits functions of HR division by developing/revising policies and procedures, streamlining relevant compensation and benefits activities focused on quality output and continuous improvement in practices in order to maintain market competitiveness & internal equity.
