The selected candidate will be responsible;

  • To contact prospective customers through letters, personal call and leads distributed by your Supervisor.
  • To maintain/acquire complete knowledge of all products and services offered by Nayatel.
  • To work closely with existing customers to achieve customer delight.
  • To meet monthly, quarterly and annual departmental objectives/goals/targets as outlined/revised by Manager Sales.
  • To plan and provide timely and accurate daily report to your Manager.
  • To bring in new customers focusing primarily on private organizations, large and emerging SME's as well as Government Departments, gated societies /colonies and agencies.
  • To work with Marketing Department to conduct seminars and other marketing related events in territory.
  • To ensure all strategic and target customers are aware of company`s products and services.
  • To maintain and strengthening long-term relationships with the corporate clients as well as enhance business relationships to levarage additional oppurtunities.
  • To monitor the market trends and competitors in the broadband market and Fiber sector.
  • To coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth installation of Fiber services and recovery of initial invoice.
  • Any other Sales & Marketing related duties assigned by your Manager.
