Job Description

The selected candidate will;

  • Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel, assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures.
  • Participates in developing departmental goals and objectives.
  • Conducts recruitment efforts.
  • Conducts new employee orientation.
  • Handles employee relation counseling.
  • Participates in administartive staff meetings and attend other meeting and seminars.
  • Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches , policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
  • Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
  • Carefully handle receipts, invoices, payments and maintain records through data entry and filing.
  • To prepare, compile, organize and maintain different department reports.
  • To monitor support staff and schedule their activities.
  • Vendor and fleet management.
  • To procure consumables, preparing purchase order and inviting tenders.
  • To handle general administrative tasks or any assignment given by the Supervisor/Management.
