We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our private hospital team. The HR Manager will be responsible for all aspects of human resources, including recruiting, hiring, training, performance management, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in HR management, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of healthcare regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs, including compliance training and professional development opportunities.
- Manage performance review processes and provide guidance and support to managers and employees.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations, including HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, and EEOC.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including employee relations, benefits, and compensation.
- Develop and implement employee recognition and retention programs.
- Manage the employee benefits program, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advances in HR technology.
