Your Job Description includes but is not limited to the following;

(a). Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with debtors to: negotiate payments; to discuss settlements; to resolve problems and to provide appropriate solutions.
  • Ensure first round calling to the allocation as per client’s requirement and according to the assigned target provided by the Team Leader.
  • To complete daily tasks provided by the Team Leader.
  • Update CRM as per training provided, which includes skip tracing, calling, feedback report and any new information regarding the customer or mode of payment that debtor agrees upon.
  • Discuss daily activities with Team Leader brief him/her about new accounts, traced accounts, or any special account which is important for the performance.

(b). KPI’s

 Ensure the following depending upon the client’s requirement and as conveyed by the Line Manager:

  • The employee makes a certain number of calls a day.
  • A certain number of customers should be skip traced on daily basis.
  • Should do a minimum collection target as decided by the Line Manager each month.
  • Employee need to meet portfolio coverage targets on daily / weekly / monthly basis.
