We are a subsidiary of a Canadian Company who have recently started operations in Pakistan. We require the services of individuals with an aptitude for working in a Call Center environment. 

Our clients are mostly Multi-national Banks who we service out of our Islamabad Office.

Job Description:

  • Make our-bound calls to the bank provided numbers to confirm if the contact information provided is correct.
  • Use social media platforms as well as websites like Rozee, Naukri Gulf and Pipl to skip trace individuals who's contact details are not updated.
  • Perform initial negotiation with the customers to settle his outstanding liability with the bank.
  • Pass on hot leads to the collection agents so that they can negotiate a settlement with the customer.
  • Update CRM

The office location is in G-8 Markaz.

Office working hours are Saturday to Thursday 9am - 5pm (Friday Off and 1st Saturday of the month is off)

The job pays a base salary plus performance-based commission.
