KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage job postings, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and handle onboarding.
  • Resolve conflicts, support employee concerns, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, maintain accurate employee records, and prepare HR reports.
  • Support performance reviews, implement improvement plans, and maintain performance records.
  • Administer HR systems, process employee data changes, and manage HR documentation.
  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate compensation.
  • Contribute to HR policy development and participate in HR initiatives.

 JOB SPECIFICATIONS

 

Qualification

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in a relevant field.

Experience

  • 4-5 years of proven experience in HR.

Technical Competencies

  • HR Systems: Proficient in using HR software and databases.
  • Recruitment: Experience in job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination.
  • Labor Law Compliance: Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Performance Management: Skills in supporting reviews, improvement plans, and performance tracking.
  • Data Management: Preparing HR reports and analyzing employee data.
  • Payroll: Assisting with payroll processes and ensuring accurate compensation.
  • Policy Development: Contributing to HR policy creation and implementation.

  • Clear and effective communication with candidates, employees, and management.
  • Ability to mediate disputes and resolve employee concerns.

Hours & Commitment

  • This is a full-time position, and the selected candidate will be working from 03 PM - 12 AM (Monday to Friday).
