• Coordinate all company quality assurance initiatives, policies, procedures and programs  
  • Lead, develop and support Quality Assurance Analysts and liaison with operational leadership among the different sites  
  • Develop quality assurance departmental policies, procedures, reporting, strategies, training requirements, and competency evaluations 
  • Serve as the Quality Assurance Subject Matter Expert with regards to all legislative requirements, collection laws and corporate standards 
  • Professionally communicate and uphold NCRI’s integrity and reputation with clients, customers, internal and external business partners  
  • Support on going auditing, calibrations and coaching initiatives 
  • Develop gap and root cause analysis documentation and action plans that support continuous improvement strategic plans   
  • Manage and consistently update master spreadsheets with regards to complaints and escalations, client auditing requirements, scorecards, etc.  
  • Thoroughly prepare client auditing requirements and other reporting for NCRI’s leadership team 
  • Competently handle and effectively resolve all client or consumer inquiries, complaints and escalations  
  • Conduct coaching and meetings on going as required and support on site visits, RFPs and other duties as assigned
