Position Summary:
A Sales Executive is responsible for helping build up a business by identifying new Business. The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. He must maintain relationships with current clients and build and maintain relationships with new clients. He will lead a team of a salesman.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and social media to achieve predefined targets.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
Salary 50000 rupees. Working 8 Hours a day. Monday to Saturday.
