Manager of TAC team supporting ICT & Safer City Division Solutions and products (Neo FW, Milestone VMS, Genetec, RedHat OSP, Contrail, QFX, EX, QFabric, MX/vSRX, SRX/vSRX, Contrail etc) and technologies.

  • Experience and understanding of 24x7 Tech Support Operations in an international context, supporting critical network infrastructures of Service Provider, Cloud and Enterprise, Government customers.
  • Proven record in Hiring and Managing talent aligning with Business objectives.
  • Working with members having varied experience level and creating an open, energetic and problem-solving culture in the team.
  • Experience of using data/trends to make proactive decisions and avoid operational impact. Prior experience in working with Outsourced Tech Support teams would be a plus.
