Accounts Executive

Najaf E-Commerce is providing commerce solutions to its different customers on E-Bay and Amazon. We provide simple solutions for complex Ecommerce Business. Services are provided to a different customer, for them all accounts services (bookkeeping, VAT preparations, Final year Accounts, etc) are provided. The accounting software used is Sage 50 and Microsoft Excel.

An account executive is required for NECSOLS (UK Based office) Education: ACCA(partial/Qualified) / MBA (Finance) Experience: 2-year experience will be preferable. Microsoft Excel is a must. Location: Phase 4, Bahria town, Islamabad. Salary: Depending upon Knowledge and Experience. Job Description:

1. Posting the sales invoices & email to the respective customer.

2. Completing the purchase cycle i.e. from PO to payments.

3. Posting purchase invoices in ledger & ready supplier statement

4. Reconciliation of supplier statement

5. Processing Sales and Purchase invoices in SAGE.

6. Sorting courier invoices in the respective folder.

7. Processing Surcharge Debit note & send for claim

8. Processing weekly Courier payment report & arrange invoices in a folder

9. Recording the expense invoices

10. Making report for missing invoices & send to UK office 11. VAT recording, p

resentation, and submission

12. Posting Credit note in SAGE & update the customer statement
