We require business development executives, for our sales team. The candidate must be self-motivated, able to generate new leads and follow up on current opportunities. The candidate should have strong closing and follow up skills. Must have previous experience in and proven track record in the relevant field. Dedication and motivated enough to apply effective sales strategy.
Candidate, must be able to:
1) Communicate properly.
2) Making proposals and presentation for the client.
3) Generating leads and closing them for the company.
4) Handling clients till they are satisfied.
5) Handle pre-sales queries.
6) Follow up with clients over email/call/chat.
8) Networking, Persuasion, Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges, Market Knowledge, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism.
9) Relevant work experience as a Business Development position.
10) Able to contribute in meetings and discussions internally/externally.
11) Prepare and make solutions by getting client/customer feedback on company`s services and make necessary strategies to make the customer satisfied and paying customer.
Candidate, can either operate in office or work remotely, whichever suits most and easier for him to achieve his target.
