Position: Finance Assistant (Full-Time Position – Part-Time Also Considered)

Salary: £21,000 + Benefits
Our client is an independent renewable services platform specialising in technical advisory, site inspections and asset management.
The Finance Assistant Role:
They now have an exciting opportunity for a part qualified AAT (or equivalent) Finance Assistant to join their growing renewables team in Bramhall, Stockport.
You will be primarily involved in providing financial support to their UK and Irish businesses as well as to their wind farm clients to ensure financial transactions are recorded and processed correctly.
This Finance Assistant role attracts £21,000 plus benefits including employer pension contributions, life assurance, 25 Days holiday (plus bank holidays), private healthcare, childcare vouchers and onsite parking.
The Finance Assistant will initially be responsible for the accounts payable ledger for several companies including the preparation of bank payments, processing of expense claims and general ledger postings. There will be plenty of scope to progress into other areas of finance duties.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Strong IT skills, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of QuickBooks would be advantageous
