- Sale & Cost Analysis Brand wise & Season wise.
- Budgeting & Forecasting of Import.
- Complete Correspondence with banks regarding L.C opening, Amendment & documents retired.
- Complete Import Files Up to Closing of L.C
- Cost sheet of Import Files
- Closing of L.Cs in ERP System (Oracle).
- Responsible for Shipment Physical Status.
- Import Bill of Lading & Custom Ruling working after coordination with CFO& Directors.
- Container wise & Style wise import Costing
- Costing of All in House Brands’ Products.
- Import Invoices Checking with Orders.
- Reconciliation of Import Payables. (Foreign Suppliers)
- Import Stock Reconciliation & Shortage Report
- Intercompany Reconciliation.
- Voucher Checking & Approved in ERP Oracle.
