Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing and Acquisition
- Proactively source candidates through online channels (e.g., professional networks and portfolio sites).
- Utilize knowledge of the tech industry to identify and attract candidates with specific skill sets and potentials.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess applicants’ qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
Interview Coordination
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth communication flow between candidates and technical teams.
- Facilitate technical interviews and practical assessments.
Candidate Engagement
- Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact until the final decision.
- Provide timely feedback and communicate effectively with candidates at all stages.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers
- Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements of the job and the dynamics of the teams needing new hires.
- Provide insights and guidance to hiring managers to help shape recruitment strategies.
Market and Industry Analysis
- Stay updated on technological trends and advancements in IT and engineering.
- Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and practices.
Reporting and Analytics
- Develop recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on recruitment status and outcomes to senior HR management.
- Use data-driven insights to refine and improve recruitment processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of five years of experience in recruiting, specifically in the IT and engineering sectors.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
Familiarity with industry-specific software and platforms (e.g., GitHub, Stack Overflow).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with technical professionals.
Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
