We are analyzing interactions that occur between phone agents and customers that call their business.
• Responsible for performing analysis of recorded phone calls
• Responsible for identifying key words and phrases that occur in the recordings, analyzing result set and search queries and identifying if calls were flagged correctly
• Requires excellent English comprehension and writing skills
• Must be an analytic thinker and have the ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Work requires extensive use of Excel and proprietary software systems
• Does not require direct interaction with customers
• Reliable, high-speed internet connection mandatory
• Should be a good team player
