About the job
- We are looking for a lawyer to join our team as a Customer Support Assistant to help improve the speed and the depth of responses we can give to our customers.
Salary range
- 50,000 to 80,000 PKR per month (depending on experience and level of education) plus a discretionary bonus based on personal and company performance.
Who you will report to
You’ll report to the General Manager.

- Many of our support questions relate to the suitability of our products (legal documents) and services to a customer’s particular needs.
- We expect you to be interested in learning about how the law ties into business and personal life in the various countries in which we operate and who then can apply that knowledge to help our customers find the right solution for their needs.
Your day to day role
- You will be the first point of contact for customer questions from our websites.
- You’ll be expected to find out the answer to a question and reply within a reasonable time.

Requirements
- Based in Lahore, working from our office
- Fluid in written and spoken English
- Ability to communicate concisely
- Ability to express complex concepts in simple terms
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word
- Qualified from a top university with high grades and an LLB/LLM
- Have practical experience of working with legal documents
- Have experience of Internet research
- Be strongly self motivated, determined and ambitious for success
- Have excellent inter-personal skills
Because customers expect timely responses, we may expect you to work on some weekends and holidays (after an initial period of training). You will be compensated either financially or with leave.
