Job Description:
- The candidate would be required to handle day-to-day network operations of Internet Service Provider through Ethernet and FTTH
- This will include support, operations, maintenance, administration, configuration, trouble-shooting, fault isolation and resolving IP network issues
- Maintaining proper network documentation & schematics including all possible details
- Operations & administration of the Hardware & software of: Routers, Switches, Access Points, Firewalls of any vendor platform
- Effective coordination with Vendor so that root-cause analysis (RCA Report) can be done in shortest possible time
- Ensuring high-availability of network to the end-users and business
- Coordination with all relevant technology vendors for any support issues to make sure that Service Level Agreement are met
- Comply with all the departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) during the execution of tasks and carrying out all job related duties
