Assisting/Managing full Recruitment Cycle

Providing orientations to the new hires 

Counselling staff about any problems they may have. 

Dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures. 

Assisting HR and Technical teams in Probation and Annual evaluations/appraisals. 

Any additional duties assigned from Manager HR.
