Job Responsibilities:
- Manage onboarding of local & international employees.
- Responsible for all joining formalities of new employees.
- Gather and process necessary paperwork, like contracts and non-disclosure agreements.
- Address new hires’ queries regarding their contracts, employment letters & terms of employment.
- Responsible for verifications of documents related to employment - verification of degrees, certificates, salary slips and experience letters.
- Liaison with Government departments for EOBI, Labor and Vehicle Parking matters.
- Handle Employee Life Insurance process.
- Any other task assigned by Manager HR & Head of HR.
Job Specification:
- An ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is a plus.
- Bachelors in Business Administration/Public Policy/Legal.
- Pleasant personality which can handle external and internal stakeholders.
