Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage onboarding of local & international employees.
  • Responsible for all joining formalities of new employees.
  • Gather and process necessary paperwork, like contracts and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Address new hires’ queries regarding their contracts, employment letters & terms of employment.
  • Responsible for verifications of documents related to employment - verification of degrees, certificates, salary slips and experience letters.
  • Liaison with Government departments for EOBI, Labor and Vehicle Parking matters.
  • Handle Employee Life Insurance process.
  • Any other task assigned by Manager HR & Head of HR.

Job Specification:

  • An ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is a plus.
  • Bachelors in Business Administration/Public Policy/Legal.
  • Pleasant personality which can handle external and internal stakeholders.
