Principal Systems/Network Engineer is responsible for:
- Hardware installation, server maintenance, configuration, troubleshooting and problem resolution for systems/network hardware and software.
- Provide support for network infrastructure.
- Ensure system robustness and high availability.
- Manage server backups.
- Monitor and analyze system/network performance.
- Propose and implement changes as needed.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of data center including hardware, software, backups and environment.
- Secure systems/networks and provide intrusion detection.
- Provide recommendations and technical assistance to other team members.
- Meet financial requirements by submitting information for budgets and monitoring expenses.
- Participate in training, educational opportunities and personal networking with other professionals.
- Work with development team and local market support to identify agent needs and implement standardized technology platforms.
- Any other task assigned by the management.
