Responsibilities
- Create product roadmaps by collaborating with product managers
- Create clear value proposition of the product – pains it would solve, and gains it would bring to be a customer and company
- Convert product roadmap to clear features, identify dependencies, and create a product backlog
- Create hypothesis and plan for market validation of the product
- Validate the product performance at every release and customer satisfaction
- Present validation results and recommend the next course of action
- Developing proof of concepts, mockups and prototypes for the product
- Drive product discovery workshops and define milestones with product features
- Defining target groups, user personas, user journeys, user stories, and product backlog
- Providing estimates for the product releases and versions
- Work closely with agile cross-functional teams to build the product and attend scrum events
- Optimize the work the development team performs
- Ensure that the development team understands items in the product backlog to the level needed
- Collaborate with software engineering, operations, project management and customers
- Join customer presentations to present/demo products as required
- Manage our internal software development projects
- Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other meetings
- Management of stakeholder expectations as well as definition and control of milestones through all project phases (concept/requirement, planning, design, implementation, delivery and acceptance).
- Send internal reports on product performance & updates
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology
- 5 years of experience in project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Preferably scrum master certification such as CSPO, CSM,
- Prior experience in creating, managing sprints and tasks using JIRA or VST
- Minimum 2 years of Scrum Master experience
- Exceptional oral & written skills
- Proven ability to identify and mitigate risks
- Team-first, servant leader mentality
